Settings - Arrange Fields (Interface Order Setting)

Help Desk Control allows you to input your own custom fields into the system through the settings tool. This is done in one step and field types can be text, menu, multiple select, and memo. Once a new field is in the system, the Interface Order Setting allows you to add fields to the Help Desk Record Interface and place them where you prefer on the form.
